Review: The 2002 Bell cymbals are loud for their sizes, and have a distinctive sound, much different than hitting the bell of a larger cymbal. This has a loud, penetrating "ding" when tapped with the tip of the stick, with some dissonant overtones.
Artists have used these to augment their setups, including Stewart Copeland, among others.
