Review: "Similar in appearance to— yet worlds apart in sound from —the splashes is Paiste's 3000 series 8" Bell cymbal. A very loud cymbal with a high, distinct sound and a lot of sustain, this cymbal produced a sound very reminiscent of crotales. Obviously, you're not going to find an infinite number of possibilities for this cymbal, but still, it's a unique and interesting sound."
