Ludwig Standard
Contents
Introduction: 1967
Discontinued: 1975
Background: 1967: The "Ludwigs" or sometimes "Ludwig Custom cymbals" are finally referred to as "Ludwig Standards", probably to avoid confusion with the "all-new" econo Ludwig Stanoples which make their first appearance.
1975: Last appearance of Paistes in a Ludwig catalog and it's only the Standards in limited size options (probably leftovers after the companies parted ways), F602, Giant Beat and Stanople are gone. A. Zildjian returns.
