Review: "The 20" Full Ride was another personal favorite. It was very musical—with the emphasis on the high end, and not much bottom or "wash."

Review written by Rick Van Horn ("Product Close-Up - Paiste Alpha Cymbals", Modern Drummer, Nov. 1992, p. 44)

Review: "I liked the 20" Full ride less as an all-around cymbal, because the wash it produced took away from the stick definition. That said, it had an appropriately full harmonic range and a bright, round sound."

Review written by Martin Patmos ("Paiste's Redesigned Alpha Cymbals - Updated Looks And Sound", Modern Drummer, September 2006, p. 35)

Review: "The 20" Full ride ($305) was the washiest of all the rides in the Alpha line. The bell was low-pitched and came accompanied by a steady sustain from the body of the cymbal. The bow sound was clear and articu- late but not dry. You could also accent on the edge of this ride to get a washy crash sound."

Review written by Michael Dawson ("Paiste Alpha Brilliant Series Cymbals", Modern Drummer, May 2010, p.23)
