Review: "The 8" Cool Bell was somewhat of an oddity, and would be best suited for classical music, percussion ensemble, or contemporary music applications. When I used the Cool Bell in a rehearsal with my modern rock band, I got the "evil eye" as my singer turned and looked at me with furrowed brow. It produces a bright, metallic sound that rings forever. But if you consider yourself a "forward thinker," this unusual sound could be of interest to you."
