Review: "For the test, we had hi-hat cymbals in 15" and 17" as well as generous crashes in 19", 21", and 22". The latter quickly produce a deep, rich rumble that is available in all its glory in no time. Despite their dryness and due to their size, the cymbals certainly have a powerful volume potential, if you really coax it out. However, they sound anything but aggressive. Across the entire dynamic range, they are characterized by their bone-dry, yet not hoarse character and thus fade away quite quickly. Of course, both the 21" and the 22" crash are also suitable as subtle ride cymbals, although the volume shouldn't be too high. Sounds with mallets and the like are an absolute delight."

"Zum Test lagen uns Hihatbecken in 15" und 17" sowie üppige Crashes in 19", 21" und 22" vor. Letztere erzeugen im Handumdrehen ein tiefes, sattes Grollen, das superschnell in all seiner Pracht zur Verfügung steht. Bei aller Trockenheit und aufgrund ihrer Größe haben die Becken aber durchaus ein kräfti- ges Lautstärkepotenzial, wenn man es denn he- rauskitzelt. Dabei klin- gen sie aber alles andere als aggressiv. Über den gesamten Dynamikbe- reich bleiben sie von ihrem staubtrockenen, aber nicht heiseren Charakter geprägt und sind somit auch recht schnell wieder verklungen. Freilich eigenen sich sowohl das 21" als auch das 22" große Crash auch als dezente Ridebecken, wobei es lautstärketechnisch nicht allzu hoch hergehen sollte. Sounds mit Mallets und Co. sind eine wahre Wonne."
