Background: The New Natural are darker, richer and warmer, they are faster in response and considerably more versatile. Crashes are lightweight, dark, with fast attack and short decay. The Rides are dry, smooth, easy to control, with frequencies concentrated on the low range of the sound spectrum. The Crash Rides are the perfect compromise between stick definition and light crash qualities. The Hi Hats are full and warm, with a dark chick sound.¹
Innovation: The cymbals are the result of a special tempering process that allows them to sound as if they had mellowed 10 years.² Like some other UFIP lines, some cymbals are marked underneath with a weight designation according to their Sound Character System: "L" (light), "M" (medium), or "H" (heavy). So, for example, all ride models will be labeled on top "Ride", while having either an "L" or "M" underneath, denoting either a Light Ride or Medium Ride. Other models follow the same pattern.³

Production: Cast using the “Rotocasting”® Procedure. Special heat treatment procedure to reduce the surface tensions. Completely hand made, deep hammered with double punch.¹
