Review: "The 18" Powerful crash ($292) had more fullness of tonal character than the 18" Medium. The overtones tended to hang around a bit longer, with a somewhat chime-like wash. This was only noticeable, however, when I played the two 18" cymbals side by side. When I played them with a full kit, the differences weren't as pronounced, especially with regard to overtones. "
