Review: "The 22" heavies were just that- heavy. As an orchestral player from the U.S., I'm used to playing much lighter crash cymbals, but I was pleasantly surprised to pick up such big cymbals and still be able to wield them well and get a good sound. I would reserve these models for the largest of crashes, such as those required in Mahler's music."
