Background: ZBT stood for Zildjian Bronze Technology, which the company described as "a series of advanced new manufacturing techniques that create cymbals with greatly enhanced character and versatility at a budget price."11 It was made from the same sheet bronze as the more expensive ZBT Plus and Edge lines.1
