'''Review:''' Version #2: This is one of my all-time favorite rides. It has a warm shimmer, and nice stick definition. I once had a current 2002 22" Power Ride that I did a side by side comparison with, as they were roughly the same weights. To me, the Power Ride seemed a bit harsh in comparison to the warmth of the Heavy Ride. The Power Ride did have more definition though.
| '''Review:''' Version #2: This is one of my all-time favorite rides. It has a warm shimmer, and nice stick definition. I have used this ride in a Rock band, as well as another band that played a plethora of material, from Elton John to the Rolling Stones, and Adele. I think it handled the job very well. I definitely think this ride is underrated, and I think I can recommend it.
| I have used this ride in a Rock band, as well as another band that played a plethora of material, from Elton John to the Rolling Stones, and Adele. Version #1: This one was the original 2002 Heavy Ride, and it's a little different than the later #2 version. It has a slightly darker sound, and perhaps a bit more overtones. See the video posted near the top of the page for an in depth comparison of the two versions.
| Version #1: This one was the original 2002 Heavy Ride, and it's a little different than the later #2 version. Review: Version #2: This is one of my all-time favorite rides.
I have used this ride in a Rock band, as well as another band that played a plethora of material, from Elton John to the Rolling Stones, and Adele. I think it handled the job very well. I definitely think this ride is underrated, and I think I can recommend it.
