Review: "The 18" crash has a very high pitch and it offers a brilliant overtone when played in ride mode."
Review written by Robin Tolleson (Modern Drummer, November 2005, pg. 32)
Review: Very nice cutting crash. Not thin at all. Bright and loud, raw classic crash sound. Sounds nothing like other Rude crashes (Wild & Crash/Rides). Has more of a 2002 power crash sound or 2002 medium sound IMO. Best sounding crashes from the Rude line (IMO) are the Thins (even for loud settings)!
