Review: "As the name suggests, it is a pretty dry splash. It has a trashy sustain and sounds like a Chinese cymbal or a small-caliber gong. The UFiP percussion series also has the ethnic and oriental feel that it is good at, so I think it goes naturally with world percussion such as djembe, conga, darabuca, and cajon.
8" is a unique one with ethnic characters. The 10" has a slightly more crushing component, so it is more versatile. Even when paired with a drum set, this dryness can be said to be very modern, and even if you want a splash that is not too bright or not sparkling, I think you should definitely consider it. If you are a professional drummer or percussionist and do various settings, many people may want to have it as an option. Personally, I still recommend the 10"."
