Nice high pitch, fast sustain, and little wash. I could see what so many people use this, it is so versatile for many styles.
I wouldn't call this a good candidate as a "Crash-Ride", it's a little too quick and the size would make me feel like I was killing it.
But, this would compliment a 17" or 18' Crash well. Play Jazz and looking for a nice small crash? Doing the bar circuit and need something that your lead singer doesn't complain about, volume-wise? LOOK NO FURTHER!!
Review: This was the smallest 2002 Crash in my setup, and it was definitely the quickest!
Nice high pitch, fast sustain, and little wash. I could see what so many people use this, it is so versatile for many styles.
I wouldn't call this a good candidate as a "Crash-Ride", it's a little too quick and the size would make me feel like I was killing it.
But, this would compliment a 17" or 18" Crash well. Play Jazz and looking for a nice small crash? Doing the bar circuit and need something that your lead singer doesn't complain about, volume-wise? LOOK NO FURTHER!!
