Description

Byzance Foundry Reserve

  • The Byzance Foundry China Ride delivers an articulate knock that china rides are known for; however, this china can also be delicate and sensitive when needed due to the thin weight. Don’t be fooled by the weight though as it easily opens to a roar, that you not only hear but feel, due to the large size and complex hand-hammering. The four rivets add just enough sizzle to carry this cymbal along when riding and will be perfect for a long-decay crash accent. Play this cymbal with a mallet, and you will add a whole new dimension of sound to your arsenal.2

Byzance Jazz

  • Exotic, trashy sound with a soft feeling. Very controllable and responsive in a wide dynamic range. Well suited for a smooth, sizzling ride or a slow swelling crash.1
