Description

A Zildjian

  • This completely new instrument from master Avedis Zildjian, is designed to create new and exciting sounds from Rock to Raga...Soul to Avant-Garde. Overall diameter is 20".
  • Unlike most crash-ride cymbals, the "PANG" produces sounds with unusual depth and spread. Drummers will find its combination of bow taper and flat outer rim terrific for both ride and crash.
  • A full 6 1/2" tapered bow provides a larger striking area and produces much greater variety of crisp, cutting, ride cymbal sound.
  • A 2 1/2" wide, flat edge for soaring crashes. Rivets or other sizzle effect devices can be installed, if desired, for a sustained, pangy ride sound or sizzling crash.1
