Background: ZHT (Zildjian High Tin) cymbals are unlike other sheet metal lines, using the B12 alloy instead of the more commonly used B8. The higher tin content is said to enhance mid and low-end frequency output.

Production: Each cymbal is lathed top and bottom, with precision hammering like on Zildjian's top series.
